When can I start my care?
There is no waiting period. Your benefits can begin immediately after enrollment or be scheduled to become active at the start of the new insurance plan year.
Do I need traditional insurance?
It is not required to have medical insurance to have a membership with Direct Primary Care. If you do have insurance, we encourage you to become a member during open enrollment and consider your cost-savings options for major medical insurance.
What happens if I move?
There are no long-term contracts with Assured Direct Care. That means you can terminate your membership at any time. But since the registration fee is non-refundable, enrolling again at a later date will add another charge.
